ED BAROCAS - LYRICIST AND LEAD SINGER

  Ed is a not-so-mild-mannered civil rights attorney by day, transforming into biting satirist at sunset.  In addition to creating scores of comedy and political parody songs, Ed has served as Legal Director for the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey since May 2001. He oversees the ACLU-NJ’s legal program, managing a docket of cases that touches every corner of civil liberties including free speech, religious freedom, equal protection, privacy, LGBT rights, reproductive freedom, and due process.  He has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Third Circuit US Court of Appeals, and has submitted briefs to the United States Supreme Court.  He has appeared on 60 Minutes with Mike Wallace, CNN Live with Connie Chung, NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, UPN, and countless radio shows and newspapers around the country. Ed attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick , received his Juris Doctorate from the National Law Center at George Washington University , and now resides in Montclair , NJ .  He likes long strolls, sunsets, mountain breezes, small furry animals, the smiles of children, and surreptitiously subverting the dominent socio-political order.

 

DAVE GELLIS - LEAD GUITARIST AND PRODUCER

  Dave is a resident of Wanaque , N.J. , where he lives with his wife, two stepdaughters, and four cats. His professional experience includes numerous national and worldwide tours as lead guitarist with Meatloaf (Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Two Out of Three Ain't Bad), Blood Sweat and Tears featuring David Clayton-Thomas (Spinning Wheel, You've Made Me So Very Happy), Roger Glover of Deep Purple (Smoke on the Water, Hush), Stanley Clarke (School Days), Phoebe Snow (Poetry Man), plus Eddie Brigati (The Rascals), Pieces of a Dream, Angela Bofill and many more.  He has also worked for years in the local NJ scene and on many radio and TV jingles and ads.  When he plays live, he is completely naked beneath his clothes. So far, he's gotten away with it.

 

JEFF GELLIS – ELECTRIC BASSIST AND PRODUCER

  Jeff has toured the world playing bass in Europe , Japan , Australia and everywhere in the United States with such artists as Blood, Sweat and Tears, Scarlet Rivera of Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder fame, Phoebe Snow, William Gallison, Ronnie Spector and many others. Jeff appeared on the sound track of Ishtar with Warren Beatty and Dustin Hoffman, has played on The Tonight Show, The Pat Sajack Show, and Top of the Pops.
Currently residing in Northern NJ , Jeff plays locally in the Tri-state Metro NYC area. After 20 years in the business and a horrible pencil factory accident, Eddie B and the G Spots has been providing the occupational therapy needed for Jeff's recovery.
